Discipline kicks in when motivation fades. It’s showing up at the gym 5x a week, even post-ACL surgeries. Or house-hacking Bridlewood, renting basement rooms to BRRRR into the next chapter. God’s timing isn’t always ours, pero sabi Niya, “Be still and know.” Chestermere was expansion, Bowness a redirect — each home a lesson in patience and provision.
Financial freedom? It’s not overnight wins. It’s consistent steps: cash flow from rentals, tax perks, paying cash for the Ferrari after sacrificing the Miata. Family’s the why — building a legacy for the kids we’ll have, teaching them money works for you.
